Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ScriptFreak (scriptfreak.com), operated by ScriptFreak. By creating an account or buying anything here, you accept them.

1. Who can use this

You must be at least 13 years old. Accounts belong to the person who created them; keep your Google or Discord credentials safe, since those control access. If we learn an account belongs to a child under 13, we delete it and its data.

2. Subscriptions and one-time purchases

Pro ($30/month) and Max ($90/month) renew automatically each month through Stripe until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep access until then. The Founder offer is a single $30 payment, never recurring; it grants a badge, credit listing, and one free month of Max starting the day beta ends.

3. Beta access

During open beta every account receives Max-tier access at no charge. Beta access is a limited-time courtesy: it can change or end as described on the pricing page, and it creates no payment entitlement beyond what these terms state.

4. Generated code

You own the scripts the engine produces for you, including commercial use in your games. We own the platform itself. Output is provided as-is: review and test it before publishing to Roblox, since you remain responsible for what you ship, including how it performs, what it costs players, and whether it complies with Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create malware, exploit tooling, or content that breaks Roblox's rules or any law. Do not resell raw engine access, share API keys between multiple people, or attempt to circumvent plan limits or rate limits.

6. Affiliate program

Affiliates earn the published percentage of a referred account's first payment only, tracked by referral cookie over a 30-day window. Affiliates must disclose their relationship to us in any promotion (FTC 16 CFR Part 255). Codes used for spam, fake signups, or self-referrals are voided without payout.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind beyond what law requires. To the maximum extent permitted, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability we cannot limit by law.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes get announced on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
